The thesis deals with the terminology of French and Czech legislative texts originated from the field of {\clqq}Free movement of workers and social policy``. The legislative texts were processed in the form of a parallel corpus and key words and their collocations, typical for this area, were selected with the help of the programme. Consequently, the collocations were analysed according to their translation in this programme which enables a comparison of multilingual documents. I focused on the terms which were interesting from the translator´s point of view {--} those having more versions of translation into Czech language and those whose translation seemed to be inaccurate (impricise or wrong) and and those which occured frequently.
